We strongly believe that acting with integrity and maintaining the highest possible standards are central to everything we do.<\/p>\n

We expect all staff, donors and partners to act with integrity and do the right things.<\/p>\n

All employees are expected to actively promote and robustly support our values and principles and be willing to challenge poor behaviour wherever it occurs.<\/p>\n

We uphold our integrity and reputation in everything we say and do – protecting us, our donors, our charity partners and our stakeholders.<\/p>\n

We have processes in place to identify and manage any conflicts of interest which may arise in the course of our activity.<\/p>\n

We also have clearly defined rules in relation to the giving or receiving of benefits, gifts, entertainment or hospitality. Furthermore, our policies explicitly prohibit the payment, offer, acceptance or request of a bribe by anyone within Holfin Filantropica or anyone acting on our behalf.<\/p>\n

We protect the personal information and take measures to ensure that these remain secure.<\/p>\n

We have established practices to deter and prevent financial crime and tax evasion<\/p>\n
